1. How do I return or exchange a product?

We want to make sure that you always get a perfect fit, so we will gladly exchange any unused product that you purchased from our website for the correct size if you send the product back to us within 14 days and include a note with what needs to be exchanged and the order number if available. Also, please include a name and valid shipping address to ensure delivery. If you don’t like the product that you purchased, just send that unused product back to us, and we will give you a refund or credit toward your next purchase. In making either an exchange or return, please contact us at info@companythreadsllc.com

2. Can I change my order after it has been placed?

It is possible to change your order as long as it has not yet been shipped. If you would like to change your order, please just contact us as soon as possible at info@companythreadsllc.com

3. When will my order be shipped?

Your order is shipped by U.S. Postal Service. All orders received will be processed and delivered typically within 7-10 business days.  Please contact us at info@companythreadsllc.com if you have any special requests. We're always open to try to accommodate.

4. How much will it cost to ship my order?

Standard shipping costs are set by shipping vendors and will be calculated at checkout. Expedited delivery costs can be selected and will also be calculated at checkout. 

5. Can you ship my order to an address outside the U.S?

Yes. Just contact us at info@companythreadsllc.com to get information about our international shipping rates.

 6. How should I wash and dry my Samford Bulldog Club items?

Instructions are provided on garments.
